You must not share your username or password with any other third party other than your OnLineTraining tutor and strategic leads.

Payment

Payment for a course place(s) may be made by credit card, PayPal or requested invoice in full prior to commencement of a course. Access to courses is immediate once payment has been accepted.

Cancellation procedure

1. Cancellation period: Notice of cancellation of any Course must be given within 24 hours of course commencement
2. Cancellation Fee: Unless you cancel a Course within the Cancellation Period, cancellation will incur a cancellation fee based on the following:
   1. If you cancel where up to 10% of the course has been accessed you will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total price payable by you
   2. If you cancel where 10% or more of the course has been accessed you will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total price payable by you
