STEPS Whole-School SEND Training Now Available to ALL UK Schools - 8th May 2025

◄ Back to Latest news

We're thrilled to announce that STEPS (School-wide Training for Every Pupil's Support) is now available to ALL UK schools, completely free until January 2026. Due to overwhelming demand, we've removed all limitations on this transformative whole-school SEND training program.

"The response to STEPS has been truly extraordinary - far beyond our initial expectations. What started with us anticipating a small pilot has grown exponentially due to the overwhelming response from schools. This level of interest confirms the urgent need for sustainable, whole-school SEND solutions, and we're proud to remove all barriers to access," - Nick Maloney, OLT Director

Why We've Removed All Limitations While our initial expansion to 100 schools was significant, the feedback from teachers made it clear that limiting access would leave too many pupils without support. In today's challenging landscape, with 83% of schools reporting significant gaps in staff SEND knowledge and external services facing unprecedented waiting lists, STEPS offers an immediate, practical solution that should be available to all.
